Our Services - Remote Coaching Overview

Note: confidentiality is the basis of our coaching from the first time we are in contact throughout the entire coaching process

• Free of charge to you - your information session by phone or video conference
• Briefing- we conduct solution oriented briefings with coaching participants and stakeholders as required to define your specific goals for the development process
• Coaching concept: as required for you or your company, we can provide an individualized coaching concept for an detailed map of the development process

Individualized coaching

• Individual coachings are typically held every 2 to 3 weeks
• Individualized preparation and documentation for each session

Duration

• Duration of coachings are 1 to 3 hours depending on subject and requirements

Communication channels

• Are by telephone conference, email, chats, video conference. We cater to all current software programs and platforms including Skype, WebEx, Zoom, Gotomeeting, as long as screen sharing is possible.

Success and sustainability

• All individualized coaching projects are supported through regular follow ups (at least weekly) by phone, chat channel, video chat or email

Length of program

• Leadership coaching, team coaching and individual coaching is most beneficial over a period of 3 to 6 months or longer

Quality assurance

• As required, we offer regular feedback discussions with stakeholders about general progress. If needed, we provide documentation and detailed assessments in coordination with the coachee.

Remote work location

• Any environment or setup that allows uninterrupted work and creativity for 1,5 to 3 hours can be suitable, in your home office or using a mobile workstation

Office hours - Coaching hours

• Available to match the professional requirements of coaching candidates
• For business leaders, we provide the possibility for coachings in the evenings, weekends or other time zones
