Uta Michels has decades of experience in change management and leadership coaching, facilitation of workshops, and team development. Before working as a business coach, she served in senior management positions in the CPG industry in the US, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium. She holds a Master degree in Business with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
Marion Ruppert has decades of experience in leadership coaching and executive coaching in live sessions and online. After completing her business degree (Dipl.-Betriebsw.) studies with a concentration in Human Resources she served in management positions in the international healthcare industry building successful nationwide sales teams. She is a recognized expert for change management from production level to C-level management, with a particular affinity to manufacturing environments and the health management industry.
